Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the bpo77 Platform. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting bpo77 customer support. Accounts with a remaining real-money Balance will have eligible funds returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

bpo77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bpo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; provision of false registration information; use of automated betting tools; or behaviour that bpo77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the games.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, bpo77 may: void all open wagers; forfeit all Bonus Funds; withhold real-money Balances pending investigation; and share relevant information with third parties including law enforcement where legally required. Real-money Balances that are not subject to forfeiture following a completed investigation will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining eligible Balance will be returned to the verified payment method. Voluntary closure does not affect any legal obligations the Player has incurred prior to closure.

Where changes are material — for example, changes to deposit minimums, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — bpo77 will endeavour to provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered Players.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bpo77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
